Co.'s three segments are: Realogy Franchise Group, which franchises a portfolio of franchise brokerage brands; Realogy Brokerage Group, which operates a real estate brokerage business principally under the Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran® and Sotheby's International Realty® brand names; and Realogy Title Group, which provides title, escrow and settlement services to consumers, real estate companies, corporations and financial institutions.
