Description to the S&P MidCap 400 Index Fund, traded under ticker symbol IJH: This ETF is a fund, created in May 2000, that corresponds to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of United States mid cap stocks, as represented by the S&P MidCap 400 Index. The underlying index looks at over 7% of the United States equities markets and includes United States companies with market caps between $750 million and $3.3 billion, that have four consecutive quarters of positive as-reported earnings, a public float of at least 50%, adequate liquidity and a reasonable price. Sector balance is taken into account, and the constituents must be operating companies, not closed-end funds, holding companies, partnerships, investment vehicles or royalty trusts. REITs and BDCs, however, are eligible.
