Co. operates under the Itron brand worldwide and manages and reports under three operating segments: Device Solutions, which primarily includes hardware products used for measurement, control, or sensing that do not have communications capability embedded for use with Co.'s Itron systems; Networked Solutions, which primarily includes a combination of communicating devices, network infrastructure, and associated application software designed and sold as a solution for acquiring and transporting application-specific data; and Outcomes, which primarily includes Co.'s software and services in which it manages, organizes, analyzes, and interprets data.
