MGM Growth Properties is a holding company. Through its operating partnership, MGM Growth Properties Operating Partnership LP, Co. is a real estate investment trust engaged in the acquisition, ownership and leasing of destination entertainment and leisure resorts, whose tenants generally provide amenities including casino gaming, hotel, convention, dining, entertainment and retail offerings. Co.'s portfolio, including properties owned by its joint venture, includes entertainment and gaming-related properties located on the Las Vegas Strip, and a dining and entertainment district located between New York-New York and Park MGM. Outside of Las Vegas, Co. also owns casino resort properties.
