Broadstone Net Lease is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is an internally-managed real estate investment trust that acquires, owns, and manages primarily single-tenant commercial real estate properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to a group of tenants. Co. has selectively invested in net leased assets in the industrial, healthcare, restaurant, retail, and office property types. Co. has a portfolio of properties located in various U.S. states and a property located in British Columbia, Canada. Co. conducts substantially all of its activities through, and all of its properties are held directly or indirectly by its subsidiary, Broadstone Net Lease, LLC.
