The Bank also conducts loan origination activities in select areas of New York. Co.'s loan portfolio consists of variable-rate and fixed-rate loans with a concentration in commercial real estate lending. Co.'s deposit services are comprised of a range of deposit products, including checking accounts, savings accounts, attorney trust accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. Co. also provides direct deposit products ranging from social security and disability payments to direct deposit of payroll checks.
