Co. provides retail and commercial financial products and services to customers in western Pennsylvania and northwestern West Virginia through its subsidiary, The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton (the Bank). The Bank accepts deposits from the general public and invests such funds in real estate loans secured by liens on residential and commercial properties, consumer loans, commercial business loans, marketable securities and interest-earning deposits. Co. provides a variety of deposit account products, including time deposits, noninterest bearing and interest bearing demand deposit accounts, savings deposits and money market accounts.
