Keane Group, through its subsidiaries, is a provider of well completion services, with a focus on completion solutions. Co. provides its services in conjunction with onshore well development, in addition to stimulation operations on existing wells, to exploration and production customers. Co. operates in the active unconventional oil and natural gas basins in the U.S., including the Permian Basin, the Marcellus Shale/Utica Shale, the Eagle Ford Formation and the Bakken Formation. Co. has two segments: Completion Services, which includes its hydraulic fracturing and wireline divisions and ancillary services; and Other Services, which includes its cementing division and ancillary services.
