Co.'s portfolio includes convenience stores, car wash properties, automotive service centers (gasoline and repair, oil and maintenance, tire and battery, and collision), automotive parts retailers, and other freestanding retail properties, including drive-thru quick service restaurants. Co.'s tenants operate under various national and regional brands. Substantially all of Co.'s properties are leased to convenience store operators, petroleum distributors, car wash operators and other automotive-related and retail tenants.
