Official Payments Holdings is a provider of electronic payment services across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. Co.'s services enable its clients to accept payments by credit card, debit card and electronic check via mobile devices, the Internet, telephone and point of sale devices. Co. has two segments: Payment Solutions, which provides electronic payment alternatives for federal and state income taxes, real property taxes, court and other fines, tuition, utility bills, and charitable donations; and Voice and Systems Automation business, which provides call center voice response systems and support services, including customization, installation and maintenance.
