Co. is focused on encouraging third parties to develop the Royalty Properties, while seeking additional petroleum and natural gas royalty assets. Co. does not directly conduct operations to explore for, develop or produce petroleum or natural gas; rather, third-party development of the titled or leased lands provides Co. with royalty revenue as petroleum and natural gas are produced from such properties.
