Southwest Gas Holdings is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Southwest Gas Corporation (Southwest), Centuri Group, Inc. (Centuri) and MountainWest Pipelines Holding Company (MountainWest), Co. operates the following segments: natural gas distribution, in which Southwest purchases and distributes or transports natural gas to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Arizona, Nevada, and California; Utility Infrastructure Services, in which Centuri is engaged in the installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of energy networks; and pipeline and storage, in which MountainWest provides transportation and underground storage services in Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado.
