Co.'s operations are organized in two principal businesses: homebuilding and financial services. Co.'s homebuilding operations are organized into three segments: West Region; Central Region; and East Region. Co.'s financial services operation (Tri Pointe Solutions) is comprised of Co.'s Tri Pointe Connect mortgage financing operations, Tri Pointe Assurance title and escrow services operations, and Tri Pointe Advantage property and casualty insurance agency operations.
